Training

The Board of Co. Longford CIS recognises and supports the ongoing provision of quality training to ensure that the service provided is relevant, timely and accessible. Training is ongoing within the service with many courses organised through Citizens Information Board, and FÁS and others as identified from Training Needs Analysis, carried out annually. New Information Givers Training Courses are also organised with tutors being sourced from local expertise and other Citizens Information Board recommended trainers.
